wow. you make even soy look tempting. keep posting the great pics! how'd you get that froth? or is that a cafe-purchased soy latte? the last time i ordered a soy latte I got sick from it... i suspect the cafe didn't use the soy much and it was probably old. :(

I had soy milk in my tea just yesterday and it was perfect. I should have had a piece of fruitcake with it. Perhaps tonight. Hurry down before we run out.

Why are you switching from dairy its the best thing in the world
(Im not just saying that cause I live on a dairy farm)

Mr Anonymous! Why indeed, it's one of my favourite things, i eat too much cheese and am worried about hormones given to the cows present in the milk. Maybe you could clarify for me, is this true??

I'd suggest only going with organic dairy and/or making sure the products are rBGH-free! Though that's a hormone probably prohibited in Japan- only us Americans are silly enough to kill ourselves with unsustainable farming practices!

My yoga teacher is vegan, I believe. I think a lot of yogis frown upon eating animal products of any kind as it is kind of considered "stealing". (Cow milk is for baby calves, not for people!) I, however, am not there yet, and eat dairy.
