renewed attempt at shojin ryori, japanese temple food. it is the perfect yoga food, healthy, cheap and light, but i find it so difficult to make. i have given up a few times, but now a new book and a new start....feeling good, avacado is a modern addition to the traditional cuisine....just love avacados! this book seems to work, so far no major mess ups! but need to work on my presentation skills, real shojin ryori is so much prettier!!
