yoga felt sooo good today, the sound and smell of the rain, all that fresh air made us dizzy!

i have a serious coffee addiction...and am very happy with it...to my surprise, i haven't had a cuppa for 4months!!!!!

soba meet..

these guys get together everyweek, to make soba, eat and have a good ole time by the seems of things, it was delicious!!

a ducks back....i liked the way he/she was casually sitting on one leg in the rain, whilst i rode home soaking up the rain, and finding it difficult to see through my glasses!

everyday origami...

it seems that everyone in japan knows the basics of origami...i gave my english student some cherries to take home, and she immediately whipped up a quick origami box to carry them in...

no time to be making a cake....yet she did, for all the people at the yoga workshop....and how delicious it was!!! a true yogini ; )
