a little hole, only about 4cm across spouting cold water, now is it a spring bubbling up or rain water trickling down....?

of yamagata city, apparently there used to be a huge wooden statue here but it burnt down and only the head survives, must go find that soon..... this is a beautiful statue tho, looking out, keeping the city under his watchful eye..
